
Marco Sit is an undergraduate at Columbia University where he reads Architecture and Economics as a John Jay Scholar, a distinction awarded to the top 1 per cent of the class in recognition of academic excellence and leadership.
Marco has developed a strong interest in mergers and acquisitions and real estate investment, with a focus on financial analysis, valuation, and capital structuring. He recently served as a Real Estate Private Equity Intern, where he built detailed financial models, and supported the evaluation of acquisition and development opportunities through underwriting and market analysis.
At Columbia, Marco is actively engaged in multiple organisations. As a Team Lead of Columbia Undergraduate Wealth Management Club, he oversees his team in the preparation of investment memoranda and conducts in depth analysis on client portfolios and market opportunities. At Columbia Alpha Partners, he has conducted real estate focused research, including transaction analysis and the assessment of capital structures across asset classes.
Marco’s experience lies at the intersection of finance and real assets, with a particular emphasis on disciplined analysis, strategic decision making, and value creation through capital allocation.
